BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 7. Amendments have been made to the “Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan”, Trend reports.
In this regard, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding decree.
According to the change, the powers of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan to study the compliance of the activities of political parties with their charter (Regulations) and the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic have been abolished.
