Co-reporters of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Andreas Gross will arrive to Baku for the re-run parliamentary elections monitoring, Anders Herkel, Estonian MP told Trend.
According to the preliminary agreement with Gross we are planning to visit Baku during the re-run parliamentary elections, Herkel said, adding that both co-chairmen will stay in Baku within the frames of the PACE monitoring mission. We will arrive to Baku at the end of April, approximately on April 22, he said.
Re-run parliamentary elections are scheduled for May 13.
