Association for Assistance to Azeri civil society development (AAACSD) and Monitoring Center В"Transparent electionsВ" led a news conference in advance to 13 May repeat parliamentary elections in order to present a primary evaluation of election process.
Veli Alibekov, vice-president with AAACSD, said his organization is performing a monitoring on voting in each of 10 constituencies and publish its totals by the end of the same day. The methods used at the elections will be limited to exit poll and quick count, performed together with Civil Initiative for Free and Democratic Elections of Bulgaria.
Associations representative Irada Gurbanova said 194 persons to perform exit-poll are already selected and instructed. From May 12, these experts will be located by district and station election commissions. Special coordinators are controlling supervisors performing exit-poll. The results of polls and observations will be published in the Internet at 100PM, 300Pm and 700PM.
