Azerbaijan will not favor military action against Iran and Washington well understands it," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview for Moscow-based Figaro newspaper, Trend reports citing ITAR-TASS. He warned that in case the military operations are broken out, the entire region will suffer from destabilization.
"We are seriously concerned on the danger that might raise conflict between the Untied States and neighboring Iran. For us it is not far vision, which we can see on the television and turn off any moment," Aliyev underlined.
"In this situation it is necessary to achieve the resolution of disagreement in a peaceable, diplomatic way and good-will atmosphere," the Azerbaijani President underlined.
