There are serious problems in training centers in teaching the civil defense subjects, Misir Mardanov, the minister of education of Azerbaijan, made such a statement on June 30 in the signing ceremony of Joint activity program between the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Education.
Mardanov noted that there is a need to organize upgrade courses for the teachers teaching civil defense subject at secondary schools.
It is time to transfer to the contemporary system of training and upgrade of staffs and specialists of different levels for managing emergency situations and security of environment. For this purpose, it needs to use the world practice, Mardanov added.
