Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev leaves on an official visit to Belarus on 17 October, Trend has been told at the President's Executive Apparat.
During the two-day visit, President Aliyev will meet with his Belarus counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko. He will hold talks at large with the Government delegations and also participate in the ceremony of signing of bilateral documents and joint briefing of the heads of states.
President Aliyev also plans to visit the Minsk Tractor Plant, the Minsk Automobile Plant, BelAZ and the National Library. The Azerbaijani President will lay a wreath at the Monument to Victory.
