Andjey Kaspshik, a personal Envoy of OSCE Chairman-in-Office has not made a proposal to Safar Abiyev to hold a meeting between the Defence Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Ramiz Malikov, Chief of the Press-Service of Azerbaijan`s Defence Office told today, Trend reports.
He pointed out that despite of the fact that Mr. Kaspshik made an announcement connected with such a proposal in media, no official appeal has been received by the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry in this connection yet.
Notably, in his interview with the broadcasting station Azadlig (Liberty), Mr. Kasphsik said that both the Armenian and Azerbaijani parties have casualties, as a result of the recent violations of the cease fire regime by both the parties. In this connection he is about to organize a meeting between the Heads of the Defence Offices of the two countries, thereby to reinforce the cease fire regime.
