Opening the Center of Polish Language and Culture in the Baku Slavic University testifies the high level of the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Poland, the Chairman of the Polish Senate Bogdan Borusevich stated on November 9 at the time of the meeting with the students and teachers of Baku Slavic University.
Within the visit to Azerbaijan, the Polish Speaker visited Baku Slavic University where he opened the Center of Polish Language and Culture. In his speech, Borusevich said that the students getting education in Polish Study Department of the Baku Slavic University will gain an opportunity to continue their education in Poland.
According to Kamal Abdulla, the Rector of the University, more than 70 students are getting education in the Polish Study Department, and 82 students have already graduated. More than 10 Culture Centers of Slavic-language countries function in Baku Slavic University.
