The previous report of Platvoet did not satisfy the Azerbaijani side and official Baku expressed its protest to the document. The report was discussed on December 11 at the meeting of the Committee. Azerbaijan was presented by Mirzazade at the meeting. The proposals and remarks made by Mirzazade was taken into consideration by the rapporteur. The concluding variant of the report satisfies the Azerbaijani side. In addition, the obligations undertaken by Armenia before the Council of Europe will be discussed at the winter session of the PACE. According to Mirzazade, the members of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE have been included in the discussion of this question.

In our speeches, we will touch op on the question of missing people, captives and prisoners because the report of Leo Platvoet clearly says that the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict caused missing people, captives and prisoners, he added.
