He said that it is planned to conduct serious measures dedicated to 20 January in and out of the country. Firstly a visit will be organized to the Martyr's Avenue. In regions, the state bodies will also mark this day and measure will be taken for disabled people and families of martyrs, Hasanov said, adding that the Azerbaijan Diasporas and Embassies in other countries will hold events dedicated to this day.
