Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan, Mazahir Panahov, said on 23 May that President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, understands the responsibilities of the forthcoming elections and does all the best in thus regard. "New buildings have been constricted for the 70 district election commissions," he said.
According to him, the work in this regard will be completed until September. Panahov said that the President charged to improve the activities of the election commissions. He stressed that finances already have been allocated for supplying necessary equipment for district elections commissions.
