Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / Next year, the commission on state service at the Azerbaijani President's Office will conduct monitoring into the state organizations jointly with the President's Executive Power, Bahram Khalilov, the chairman of the commission, stated in a news conference on 28 December.
Khalilov said that the key objective of the monitoring is to study the right application of legislation in the sphere of service at state organizations. Though the legislation envisages admission to the state service in 6-9 groups through tenders, there were cases where the people were employed without competition, he said.
"After revealing such facts these people were removed from their positions. Later they participated in the tender, but failed to win," Khalilov said.
