(showbizspy.com) - Jamie Lynn Spears' rep has hit out at reports that the 16-year-old 'Zoey 101? star has been rushed to hospital due to pregnancy complications.
"Contrary to rumors, Jamie Lynn Spears has not been rushed to the hospital nor has she suffered a miscarriage," the the rep tells OK! magazine. "She is healthy and at home with her mother."
Jamie Lynn, younger sister of troubled pop star Britney Spears, revealed her surprise pregnancy in December last year.
Jamie Lynn's rep recently blasted In Touch Weekly magazine, after they reported that Jamie had been dumped by her 19-year-old boyfriend Casey Aldridge, and that he had demanded a paternity test; the publication quoted a pal of the 16-year-old actress as saying: "He wants a paternity test," Britney told the Spears family friend, according to In Touch Weekly.
The rep responded: "Casey doesn't want to be with her until he's sure that he's the father."
"The In Touch story is completely false. They did not fact check," Jamie Lynn's rep told Us Weekly last week.
