Azerbaijan, Baku, 2 April / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / The sentence made against the former employee of Baku Executive Power remains in force.
The Appeal Court reported Trend that the appeal of State Prosecutor in connection with Ali Gurbanov, former juridical advisor on agricultural affairs in Baku executive Power, has not been approved. Appeal Court did no make any changes to the sentence made by the Heinous Crime Court.
Gurbanov was sentenced to seven years and six months of the imprisonment.
