The Baku Court of Appeal did not satisfy the appeal of the young prisoners.

The court upheld the decision of the Sabail District Court, lawyer Isakhan Ashurov told Trend .

The young prisoners, Adnan Hajizadeh and Emin Milli appealed to the court saying that the Interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General's Office violated the presumption of innocence in their official report on their case. However, the Sabail District Court did not satisfy the appeal of Adnan Hajizadeh and Emin Milli.

Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade were accused of the Articles 221 (hooliganism) and 127 (intentional infliction of minor severe bodily harm) of the Criminal Code.

Vəkil bildirib ki, məhkəmənin qərarından Avropa Məhkəməsinə şikayət veriləcək.

"We will complain on the decision to the European Court," the lawyer added.

Under the charges, at 18:00 on July 9, Adnan Hajizadeh, his friend Emin Abdullayev and five more people, being in a drunk state, clashed with Vusal Mammadov and Babak Huseynov, who rebuked them for non-ethic words.

They are accused of hooliganism and deliberate damaging health. The young people deny the accusations and consider their arrest illegal.

International organizations demand their unconditional release.
