Azerbaijan, Baku, Sept. 4 / Trend , J. Babayeva/

Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister, Azad Rahimov believes in a fair resolution of the court regarding the case of young activists.

"One should not politicize the arrest of these two young activists," Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister, Azad Rahimov - said at a news conference on Sept. 4.

Rahimov said that he was personally acquainted with Emin Milli. "Emin is a man who expresses the position in different directions. It is possible that a fight broke out at a restaurant, but it is unknown who is the instigator," said the minister

According to the official information, drunk Emin Milli (Abdullayev), Adnan Hajizadeh and other five people have beaten Vusal Mammadov and Babek Huseynov when Mammadov and Huseynov demanded to cease abusing in Lebonese restaurant on July 9 at 18:00.

Young people are accused on the articles 221.2.1 (hooliganism) and 127 (intentional health hazard) of the Criminal Code. Young people deny accusations and call this arrest as contracted one.

Azerbaijani Ombudsman, Elmira Suleymanova appealed to the Sabail District Court of Baku due to the case of young people.

In her appeal, she calls for consideration of an alternative punishment towards Adnan Hajizadeh and Emin Milli, but not imprisonment, Ombudsman's Office told Trend on September 2.

Ombudsman calls for taking into account numerous appeals due to the case of young people, as well as the fact that they have not been condemned before.

The international organizations call for their release without any conditions.
