A trial began in Azerbaijan over a man accused of raping his minor daughter. Today the Court on Heinous Crimes held a preparatory meeting on the criminal case over a resident of Baku Baba Guliyev.
Judicial review was scheduled for January 19.
The person charged under article 150.3.3 (sexual assault committed against a person who has not reached fourteen age known to the perpetrator) of the Criminal Code (CC).
August 31, 2009, Guliyev raped his 14-year-old daughter of Gulshan (name conditionally). Guliyev was arrested by employees of Khatai police department after complaint of girl's mother.
