Azerbaijan sentenced military men accused of extortion money of soldiers by threatening.
Today Millitary Serious Crimes Court sentenced Shamkhal Mehdiyev, junior sergeant of the military unit located in the Shamkir region to three years imprisonment.

The other accused man - junior sergeant Jasarat Gasimov was sentenced to to six months hard labor.

(robbery with application of violence not dangerous to life or health),182.2.1, 182.2.2, 182.2.3 ( extortion by group of persons or by organized group) of the Criminal Code.
