Contracts between tour operators and tourists to be regulated by law in Azerbaijan

The conclusion of contracts between tour operators and tourists, defining the duties and responsibilities of both parties will be governed by the law in Azerbaijan.
The heads of excursions, tour guides and instructors will also have to organize their activity this way, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism told Trend on Thursday.
This issue is reflected in the bill on "Tourism".
There is an innovation in rendering health services to tourists in the project.
The new bill will expand the opportunities of tourists while using health insurance in the country and Azerbaijani tourists abroad.
Medical services will be rendered to tourists in case of necessity.
The new bill on "Tourism" has been agreed with the relevant state bodies. The work over the bill is under completion. It will be submitted to the Azerbaijani parliament for consideration soon.
The bill consists of seven chapters and 29 articles.
The current law on "Tourism" was adopted in 1999.
