Frosty weather persists in most of Kazakhstan, "Kazgidromet" reported.
"Weather in most parts of the republic is still due to the extensive anticyclone, just to the south, southeast and east of Kazakhstan to the influence of the cyclone remains volatile nature of weather" - weather forecasters say.
Thus, in Akmola, East Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan oblasts the temperature drops to -23 -28 degrees in the Pavlodar region -32 to -27 degrees in the Karaganda region -23 to -18 degrees in the region to Kostanay -15 and -25 degrees; in the Aktobe region to -12 -17 degrees.
