The warplanes of the Azerbaijani Air Force are carrying out planned training flights in preparation for joint tactical drills dubbed 'TurAz Qartali-2015', said the press service of Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry August 21.
During the training flights, which are carried out with participation and assistance of the flight, engineering and technical staff, as well as the specialists of ground services, the planes, simulating air combat, are performing a variety of manoeuvres and a number of special assignments.
Pilots are performing tasks to detect moving and stationary ground targets, various facilities, armored vehicles, conditional enemy, helicopters, and low-flying vehicles.
