BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 21. Weapons and ammunition have been found in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, Trend reports via Azerbaijan's Interior Ministry.
Meanwhile, it was noted that officers of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry continue to take measures to ensure the security of the territories liberated from occupation.
“As a result of measures taken from September 14 through September 20, police officers found and seized six machine guns, two rifles, two grenades, three bayonet knives, 19 ammunition magazines, 120 rounds of different caliber on the territory of Khankendi city, one machine gun, 29 grenades, two bayonet knives on the territory of Khojavand district, 20 ammunition magazines, 450 rounds of different caliber, 1,776 rounds of different caliber in Shusha district, one machine gun, one rifle, 16 igniters, 11 ammunition magazines, and 1,650 rounds of different caliber in Khojaly district,” the statement reads.
