The Plenum of the Constitutional Court adopted 18 decisions and 7 resolutions during 2005 on terminating the legal actions. 6 of them were related to the constitutional complaint and one with reference to the court.
Consideration of two applications was terminated due to the plaintiffs refusal. Handling of one suit was related to the need to verify facts, and the second one due to non-decision of the issue within powers of the general jurisdiction courts.
