The Bar decided to exclude another advocate, the vice chairman of the Bar, Farkhad Najafov told Trend.
The Bar received a number of complaints about the activity of Eldar Gurbanov. The given decision was based upon the complaints from both citizens and courts. He has previously received a number of reprimands from the Bar but did not seem to take it into consideration, he said.
The court will receive the decision from confirmation.
