Azerbaijan Education Ministry Do Not Acknowledge Diplomas of Russia and Georgia

The Azerbaijan Education Ministry did not acknowledge the diplomas of three graduates of Russia and Georgia Universities due to the lack of correspondence in their documents. The decision was made during the regular meeting of the Permanent Commission for Diploma Acknowledgment of Higher Education Institutes of Foreign States and Determination of the Equivalency of Specialty Grades, a source in the Education Ministry informed Trend.

The Commission studied the appeal of 32 graduates from different higher education institutes of Turkey, USA, Russia, Norway, UK, Georgia. The Commission gave a positive answer on 27 appeals. Appeals of two graduates, which posed some questions to members of the Permanent Commission, were decided to be considered during the next meeting of the Commission.
