Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Zarbaliyeva / The suit against the head of the Socio-Political Department at the Presidential Apparat, Ali Hasanov, brought by the former Minister for Health, Ali Insanov, was dismissed by the Sabayil District Court.
According to the data provided by the Court, the suit was dismissed due to its incorrect composition.
Insanov stated while being interviewed by Hasanov he suffered insult to his honour and dignity.
The suit initiated by Insanov against the Secretary Executive of the New Azerbaijan Party, Ali Ahmadov, is still in the Sabayil District Court under the execution of judge Ilham Aghayev. The trial will be held on 24 April.
Insanov accused Ahmadov of insulting his honour and dignity in the article named "Ali Insanov Changed Heydar Aliyev's Ways" published in The Azerbaijan newspaper on 7 March.
