The average cost of housing in the secondary market of Baku in November 2021 increased, Trend reports on Dec. 15 referring to Azerbaijan’s MBA Group consulting company.
According to the company, this indicator grew by 1.74 percent in monthly terms, amounting to 144,604 manat ($85,060).
At the same time, the average cost of housing in the primary market equaled 176,334 manat ($103,730), up by 0.38 percent compared to October.
The price of land plots in November this year was 8.78 percent less than in the previous month (18,878 manat or $11,100), standing at 17,220 manat ($10,113) per hundred square meters.
Meanwhile, the cost of one square meter of commercial premises in the primary market decreased compared to October (3,500 manat or $2,060) by 3.83 percent - to 3,336 manat ($1,960).
