BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 18. The export of clothes from Türkiye to Iran increased by 15.6 percent from January through June 2022, compared to the same period last year and amounted to $8.4 million, the Turkish Trade Ministry told TurkicWorld, Trend reports
Türkiye increased the export of clothes to Iran by 23.7 percent (up to $1.4 million) in June 2022 compared to the same month last year.
The export of clothes from Türkiye totally increased by 14.5 percent in the first half of 2022, compared to the same period last year, and amounted to $10.8 billion.
Türkiye exported $1.9 billion worth of clothes In June 2022, up 9.5 percent from the same month last year.
Türkiye has exported clothes worth $21.6 billion during the past 12 months (from June 2021 through June 2022).
