BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 23. Revenues to the state budget of Azerbaijan through the State Customs Committee (SCC) amounted to 1.47 billion manat, or $864.1 million, from January through March 2024, or 15.9 percent of the country's state budget revenues, Trend reports.
According to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan, this is 4.9 percent less than the indicator for the same period last year and 7.5 percent more than the forecast.
Customs authorities provided 31.5 percent of non-oil and gas sector revenues in the first quarter.
To note, revenues to the state budget of Azerbaijan through the SCC in 2023 increased by 12.08 percent compared to 2022 and reached 6.3 billion manat, or $3.7 billion.
Revenues to the state budget of Azerbaijan through SCC in 2022 increased by 30.21 percent compared to 2021, amounting to 5.65 billion manat, or $3.3 billion.
