BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 22. The new production site is being created in Aghdam Industrial Park, Trend reports referring to the Economic Zones Development Agency of Azerbaijan.
Furthermore, it was noted that Karabakh Agro 44 LLC has been granted the status of a resident of Aghdam Industrial Park.
The company is going to produce sujuk.
According to the information, 20 people will be employed at the enterprise, with an investment cost of 1.4 million manat ($823,000)
In addition to the realization of the produced goods in the domestic market, their export is envisaged.
To note, during the press conference dedicated to the results of activity for 2023, Seymur Adigozalov, Chairman of the Board of the Agency, stated that more than five enterprises are planned to start working in Aghdam Industrial Park this year (production of wallpaper, footwear, roofing, pipe, and box profiles, ventilation, fire-fighting equipment, and various metal products, etc.).
The Economic Zones Development Agency was established as a state legal entity based on “Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park” LLC by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Measures to Improve Management of Industrial Parks, Industrial Districts, and Agro-Parks” No. 1257 dated January 22, 2021.
