Large livestock complexes under construction in Turkmenistan

Large livestock complexes are being constructed in Turkmenistan, Trend reports referring to Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
In particular, a meat factory is being built in the Geok Tepe district of the Ahal province, which will contain up to 300 heads of small cattle and 30 thousand heads of cows.
In the Ruhubelent district of the Dashoguz province, it is planned to open a livestock complex, where a farm will be located on an area of more than five hectares, and a plant for processing 100 tons of milk and 80 tons of meat per year.
A large private milk processing enterprise will appear in the Gorogly district of the Dashoguz province, which is being built on an area of two hectares.
A poultry farm is also being built on the territory of district named after S.Niyazov of this region. The project is implemented by the local company "Arassa başlangyç". The total area of the complex is 6.5 hectares. It is planned to deliver up to seven million eggs a year to consumers, said the report.
