( Reuters ) - Deutsche Telekom's mobile phone division T-Mobile has won a deal to sell Apple's iPhone in Germany.
The iPhone will be available in Germany from 9 November and will cost 399 euros, or $558.
Just a day after announcing it would bring the phone to Britain with O2 UK and mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse, Apple CEO Steve Jobs came to Berlin to announce the deal with T-Mobile.
And Apple seems to be expecting the iPhone to be a hit on the other side of the Atlantic too, as a media report suggests the company will nearly double its iPhone production in the fourth quarter.
