( Interfax )- Polymetal, Russia's largest silver producer and No. 2 gold producer, has become the owner of a 100% stake in Polymetal Esop Ltd, which is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
Polymetal's stake in its subsidiary increased to 100% on September 26, the company said in a statement.
Polymetal operates in the Khabarovsk and Krasnoyarsk territories, the Sverdlovsk, Magadan and Chita regions and in Mongolia.
The company's shares are trade on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), the Russian Trading System (RTS) and the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX).
