Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan announced its first forecasts of the 2008 budget.
Under the forecasts, expenditure for 2008 will amount to AZN 1.27bln, payments to population - AZN 1.21bln and transfers to state budget - AZN 350mln.
Expenditure for services on bank operations to provide the population with pensions and allowances will make up AZN 15.17mln and expenditure to finance rest and prophylactics for socially insured by the Azerbaijani Organized Labour Confederation - AZN 9.3mln.
Expenditure on injection of personal account of payers system on compulsory state insurance will total AZN 1.65mln and financing of the Azerbaijani part of grant projects will make up AZN 415,000.
