Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 January / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / Prices in the real estate market of Azerbaijan will increase by 16-18% in 2008, Nusret Ibrahimov, the Executive Director of the public organization Participant in the Market, said on 14 January.
According to Ibrahimov, prices will increase by 22-23% in the initial market, 13-14% in the secondary market, 21-22% in the land market, and 22-24% in the commercial market.
Ibrahimov said that rise in prices will occur due to two reasons, which are the expected level of inflation and the impact of external factors and world oil prices
