Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 February / Trend / The State Agricultural Credit Agency attached to the Azerbaijan Agriculture Ministry announced a tender for the purchase of agricultural technology within the framework of the Project on Development of North-East Regions.
The tender envisages the purchase of a total of 24 bulldozers, tractors and various ploughs.
Those interested in the tender must submit their proposals to the State Agency by 14 March. The tender will take place at noon of 14 March.
The purpose of the Project on Development of the North-East Regions implemented by the Azerbaijani Government jointly with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is to improve the lives of 15,012 families residing in the irrigated territories of the Absheron, Davachi, Siyazan and Khizi regions. The total cost of the project is $25.2mln.
