Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 March / Trend corr S. Babayeva/ In January-February, Azerbaijan increased export of goods by 117.62% (or by $647,403,200) from the same period of 2007, the State Statistical Committee reported. The export in that period exceeded $1,197,810,500.
Import of goods rose by 20% (or by $154,533,300) to $934,325,800.
Azerbaijan's trade operations in that period involved 107 countries. Azerbaijan exported over 785 varieties of goods and imported 3,599 varieties.
