Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 June / Trend / "Merging of Istehsalat Temir Tikinti OJSC with Akkord Insaat-Senaye CJSC will be discussed at the special meeting of Istehsalat Temir Tikinti shareholders on 25 July," official press reported.
The meeting will also approve of the report of Istehsalat Temir Tikinti's administration and will consider leasing of enterprise's property to Akkord Insaat-Senaye.
