Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 August /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / Azerbaijan National Deposit Center (ANDC) in July concluded three deals on keeping securities and registering shareholders of joint-stock companies, the Center said on 15 August.
Within this period, there were registered 570 purchase-sale agreements on to 3 220 810 shares totaling AZN 7 883 910, as well as registered 10 purchase-sale agreements on 238 bonds totaling AZN 287 550.
ANDC is a State organization, which is part of the national depository system that directly carries out depository activity, account of depositors and monitoring their activity.
