Futuris Corp., whose businesses range from forestry to rural and automotive services, reported a loss in the first half because of declining prices of chemicals and fertilizers and one-time charges, dpa reported.
The loss for the six months ended Dec. 31 was A$329.2 million ($217 million), Adelaide-based Futuris said today in a statement. The loss included A$307.1 million of one-time items, it said.
