As of July 1, 133,842 appeals were made to the telephone information service 195 of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan, of which 19,712 appeals were received in June, the Ministry said.
About 4,062 appeals were answered by experts, while 15,650 calls by the online operator.
Basically, taxpayers are interested in issues of various kinds of taxes, primarily profit tax and simplified tax, the methods of registration within the principle "single window", accounting on VAT payment, and issues related to electronic commerce.
