The Azerbaijani Embassy in South Korea organized a business conference for nearly 40 local businessmen in Busan on Sept. 9. The event was timed to coincide with the Busan IT Expo-2010 exhibition on Sept.8-11, the embassy told Trend today.

The businessmen were provided with information and materials about investment projects in an effort to expand business cooperation with Azerbaijani companies operating in Busan, and to promote the investments of these companies in the country.

Embassy staff held a presentation in the exhibition center's 130-seat auditorium on Sept. 10. The presentation informed visitors about economic trends, the investment climate, ICT industrial development and public policies and development programs in Azerbaijan.
