A Citigroup delegation visited Azerbaijan and discussed the cooperation prospects with the Azerbaijani Central Bank (CBA), the bank said.

The Central Bank chairman Elman Rustamov received a delegation headed by executive director Bo Hammerik.

At the meeting, the delegation noted satisfaction with the economy of Azerbaijan and indicated the prospects of cooperation with the CBA. During the meeting, CBA and Citigroup exchanged views on issues such as the development of Azerbaijani economy, particularly the financial sector and future investment plans to develop public and private sectors.
