The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered the issue prospectus of registered common shares of CJSC "Era Trans Sıgorta" totaling 3.87 million manat, the State Committee said.
About 3,000 shares were issued at par value each 1,290 manat.
This issue will be placed by converting the shares of previously registered emissions, with a nominal value of each share 1,125 manat.
The authorized capital of the insurance company will increase from the current 3.375 million manat up to 3.87 million manat when the nominal value of shares increased.
Era Trans Sıgorta has been operating since 1994. It renders services on 24 types of voluntary and four types of compulsory insurance.
