During the January-November period, the import of Azerbaijani goods into Turkey amounted to $783.691 million, which is 13.67 percent more than the same period last year, the Turkish Customs Under-secretariat said.
The share of Azerbaijani imports out of the total imports in Turkey during the January-November period was 0.47 percent, while in January-November 2009 it was 0.54 percent.
In November, imports of Azerbaijani goods to Turkey amounted to $65.993 million, which is 27.9 percent less than in October, and 2.37 percent more than in November last year.
In November this year, Azerbaijan's share in total imports of Turkey was 0.38 percent, while in October, the figure was 0.53 percent and in November 2009, it was 0.51 percent.
In November, Turkey imported goods worth $17.121 billion, which is 35.7 percent more than the amount in November 2009. With the exports in November totaling $9.439 billion, the deficit in foreign trade hit $7.683 billion.
Turkey's exports to Azerbaijan during January-November amounted to $1.387 billion, which is 9.57 percent greater than what it was during the same period last year.
In November, exports totaled $128.04 million, which is 1.7 percent more than it was in the same period last year.
