The yield of the Turkmen state budget was executed by 125.1 percent in 2010, with expenditures reaching 92.2 percent, the Finance Ministry reported.
The wages, pensions, allowances and scholarships were paid promptly and fully. Roughly 70 percent of the budget funds were spent to implement the social policy.
According to the Turkmen Central Bank, it deals with an increase in the volume of income for the reporting period received in foreign currency from exports of natural gas, oil, oil products, chemical products, energy and certain types of textile products.
