The Labour Inspectorate of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has taken measures for state control over observing the labor legislation in 3,201 companies, the ministry said.
"During this period, about 10,000 facts of the offenses were revealed," the report said.
Most of the violations - 22 percent were related to the failure to conclude contracts and fulfill their conditions.
The contracts were concluded with 3,404 employees.
