French company gets large projects in Turkmenistan

The French Bouygues construction concern got major new orders at the governmental level in Turkmenistan. The construction projects include three administrative centers in the downtown of the capital and a five-star hotel, the official Turkmen source said.

The special decree was signed by Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Bouygues Director General Martin Bouygues arrived in Ashgabat to conclude the deals.

The contracts for the construction of buildings for the Ministry of Justice, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Finance and a five star hotel are among the approved projects.

Bouygues has recently put into operation a number of administrative buildings, including the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Communications and other departments in Ashgabat. The French concern implemented numerous projects exceeding $ 2 billion in Turkmenistan.
