The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) announced a tender to introduce Cash Management System (CMS) in created "Cash Center", five regional centers and treasury vault No.2, the CBA said.
CMS system should include the following modules and interfaces: the transactions and residuals in the treasury in real-time, cash transactions in real-time, cash processing operations in real time and based on results making changes in the balance in an automated manner, creating an interface of national center of expertise with the system of examination and others.
The tender is open to companies with over three year-experience in this field, rendering services on introducing such services in other central banks.
The tender procedure will take place at 3:00 pm, Dec.5 2011 in the administrative building of the CBA. Applications are accepted until 5:00 pm on Aug.16. Tender fee is 1,000 manat.
Participants must also submit a bank guarantee equal to one percent of the cost of the tender proposal.
