The Uzbek Innovation Commercial Bank Ipak Yuli, included in the number of medium banks in Uzbekistan, will increase the authorized capital by 18.5 percent up to 35.6 billion soums by placing the additional emission to the amount of 6.6 billion soums, the bank's management told Trend.
The decision on increasing the share capital and issuing additional share was made at the annual general shareholders' meeting in May this year.
At present, the authorized capital is 29 billion soums.
The official exchange rate is 1724.94 soums per $1.
